HR & Admin Officer
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Summary
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative activities of the company. The role ensures efficient employee support, proper implementation of company policies, accurate HR records, compliance with labor and government requirements, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, applicant screening, interviews, coordination of assessments, and onboarding.
- Maintain complete and updated employee 201 files and HR records.
- Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related records.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Manage employee benefits, including HMO and other company-provided benefits.
- Process and coordinate government requirements and statutory contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other applicable requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of company policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Handle employee concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions with management.
- Support performance management, probationary evaluations, and regular employee assessments.
- Prepare HR reports, headcount reports, attendance summaries, and other management reports.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, training, company events, and other people-development initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of disciplinary actions, incident reports, and other employee-related matters.
2. Administration
- Manage daily office administrative requirements and ensure smooth office operations.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, pantry supplies, and other administrative inventories.
- Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of office requirements.
- Coordinate with building administration, maintenance providers, utilities, and other service providers.
- Manage administrative vendors and service contracts.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of contracts, permits, invoices, and other administrative records.
- Assist in office facilities management, including repairs, maintenance, security, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and other administrative activities when required.
- Support management in implementing office policies and improving administrative processes.
- Perform other related duties and special projects assigned by Management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Able to handle confidential employee and company information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a small or medium-sized company with a hands-on HR function.
- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems such as Sprout Solutions.
- Experience in developing and improving HR policies and administrative processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with different departments.
