We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist / HR Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR administration, payroll support, employee engagement, and training and development. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR Role.
• Experience in at least three (3) HR Functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR administration, payroll processing, training & development, or employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge in Philippine Labor Standards, HR policies, and government compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or related industries is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Parañaque City
• Can start immediately or is available to start as soon as possible.
