- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and address workplace issues and concerns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of HR experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
