POSITION: HR Generalist

LOCATION: Parañaque

SALARY RANGE: ₱20,000 – ₱24,000

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in different HR functions and be capable of supporting day-to-day human resource operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in handling different HR facets and daily HR operations
• Support recruitment and employee-related processes
• Maintain and organize HR records and documentation
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns and concerns-related matters
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources
• At least 1 year of experience (Junior Level)
• With experience or background in all facets of HR
