Responsibilities:
* Employee relations
* Employee wellbeing programs
* Onboarding and offboarding
* Handling employee cases and concerns
* Discipline and conflict resolution
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years HR experience
* BPO experience is an advantage
* Proven track record in handling employee concerns and workplace cases
* Strong knowledge of employee relations and policy implementation
* People-oriented with the ability to remain firm and professional in enforcing company policies
* Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
