• Channel Strategic Management: Utilize and expand abundant recruitment channels and professional networks to maintain a consistent talent pipeline.

• Operational Coordination: Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and placement to meet the strategic growth needs of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional working experience in HR and recruitment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Language Proficiency: Mandarin and English speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
