Position: HR-GENERALIST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Rulls Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company programs.

- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.

- Process employee requests, leave records, and attendance monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

- Handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.

- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may apply, if applicable

- Knowledge of HR practices and Philippine labor laws is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
