Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer with strong expertise in Performance Management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s performance management system to ensure employee productivity, accountability, and continuous development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, performance evaluation systems, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
