Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure labor law compliance
• Lead HR process improvement and digitization initiatives
• Supervise and implement HR systems (payroll, 201 files, attendance, performance evaluation)
• Implement and manage an HR Requests Ticketing Tool with defined SLAs
• Design and monitor performance management and KPI frameworks
• Lead and develop the HR team and ensure system adoption across the company
• Provide HR analytics and reports for management decision-making
