Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive attitude
