Job Summary:

Responsible for providing HR support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administrative tasks. This role also assists in basic ESG-related activities such as data collection, sustainability initiative coordination, and documentation support to align with the company’s corporate responsibility goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of ESG principles or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS or ATS is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willing to work onsite in Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
