Brent Group of Companies is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor who will be assigned to oversee the human resources operations of our gas station business units and various franchise restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HR operations across assigned business units.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct employee relations activities, counseling, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company standards.
• Support manpower planning and workforce requirements for gas station and restaurant operations.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, food service, franchise, or service operations.
• With supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct field visits and handle multiple business units.
