Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Reliever HR Recruitment / Generalist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and assist in various HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation, policy implementation, and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR experience who can work independently and deliver results in a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases.

HR Generalist Functions

• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related reports.
• Support employee engagement and company activities.
• Handle employee concerns and provide basic HR guidance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Assist management with various HR projects and initiatives.
