- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews
- Administer employee onboarding.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for management
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and generalist functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, candidate screening, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and high ethical standards.
