Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee records, support payroll processing, and facilitate talent acquisition.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Administer benefits and payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct training and professional development programs.
- Maintain employee records and prepare reports.
- Assist with performance management and reviews.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, payroll, and talent management; strong written and verbal communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
