Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate employee relations and address workplace issues.
- Contribute to payroll processing and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management
- With Basic ISO Background
- At least 1 year experience in Human Resource
- Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Office and Google Office
- Willing to work onsite in Biñan Laguna
