Description

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and communication.
  • Handle payroll inquiry and benefits administration.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management
  • With Basic ISO Background
  • At least 1 year experience in Human Resource
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office and Google Office
  • Willing to work onsite in Caybiga, Caloocan
