Description

  • Lead recruitment initiatives, posting job ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer HR-related documentation and maintain employee records.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support employee engagement and handle grievance procedures.
  • Conduct onboarding and organize training & development programs.
  • Provide HR support to management and advice on HR issues.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.


Experience Level:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and employment law.
  • Effective presentation abilities for varying audience sizes.
  • Knowledgeable in compensation structures and employee benefits.
  • Competence in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Adept at strategic human resource planning.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts and new-employee orientations.
  • Handle employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the HR department.


Working Conditions:

  • Office setting with standard work hours but may require overtime during busy periods or for specific projects/events.
