Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations and ensures that HR policies, procedures, and programs are effectively implemented. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees, supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide HR staff in daily functions
• Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, interviews, hiring)
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
