About the role

Gomeco Metal Corporation is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources and Admin Services Manager to join our growing team in our Malinta, Valenzuela City. This is a full-time, permanent role offering great opportunities for career development.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all human resources processes and functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits
• Managing the administration of employee records, payroll, and other HR data
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's strategic goals
• Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Managing the administrative functions of the office, including facilities
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes and implement innovative solutions
• Partnering with the senior leadership team to support the overall business objectives
• Familiarity with the VMOKraPiSPATRes framework is an advantage

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner role
• Strong background in all areas of HR, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in HR software, data analysis, and project management
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• CIPD or other relevant HR certification is preferred.
• Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City
