• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology courses or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge in labor laws is an advantage

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/Draft Organizational structure by updating job requirements and respective Job Description for all positions.
• Write directives advising department heads of the organization of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee’s benefits.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
• Oversees and analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or government or other departments in the organization.
• Recruits, Interviews, Test and select right employees to fill vacant positions of the company.
• Maintain & conduct of human resources staff in management training, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance evaluations safety etc.
• Ensuring planning, monitoring and appraisal or work results by training personnel to coach and discipline employees, schedule meeting conference with employees, hearing and resolving employee’s grievances
• Coaching & Counseling of employees.
