• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or any related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration functions, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Proven experience handling end-to-end HR operations and general administrative services in a corporate setting.

• Core Competencies in HR Operations, Labor Laws & Compliance, Administration, Policies and Systems and Disciplinary & Conflict Management.

Job Description

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and organizational growth.
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, including workforce planning, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Lead performance management frameworks (KPIs, annual appraisals, continuous feedback loops).
• Establish competitive total rewards, compensation, and benefits structures in line with market benchmarks.
• Design employee engagement programs to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Office is at 2nd Floor of West Insula West Ave., Brgy. Bungad Quezon City (across SM North EDSA), Monday to Friday work schedule.
