Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization's goals through effective talent management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing people and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Partner with department managers to identify workforce needs and implement effective HR solutions.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Manage HR budgets, vendors, and HR information systems (HRIS) as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and training.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support organizational growth.
