Strategic partner to the CEO, driving key initiatives, improving operations, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

-Support strategic planning and execution of company priorities

-Prepare briefings, reports, and insights for executive decisions

-Coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives

-Lead special projects and improve operational processes

-Track performance metrics and organizational goals

-Manage internal communications from the executive office

-Handle sensitive matters with discretion

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

-5+ years in strategy, operations, or similar roles

-Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior leaders
