• Supervise and guide HR staff (assistants, specialists) in carrying out HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and payroll support.

• Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

• Oversee recruitment and selection to ensure timely hiring of qualified employees for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., mechanics, service advisors, sales executives).

• Monitor employee performance evaluation, training, and career development programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and ISO/QMS requirements applicable.

• Manage employee relations: handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in coordination with management.

• Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower reports for payroll processing.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including government-mandated contributions.

• Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, retention strategies, and recognition programs.

• Prepare HR reports and recommend improvements in HR processes to top management.

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.

• Perform errands and other duties as required by immediate superior.
