HR SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the HR Manager to execute high-impact strategic initiatives.
2. Comprehensive Scope: Oversee all core HR facets, from talent development to employee relations and compliance.
3. Direct Growth: Secure, full-time, direct-hire placement with an immediate start date.
4. Team Guidance: Provide strong leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
5. Core HR Management: Ensure smooth and effective implementation of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
6. Policy & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with labor standards and ensure consistent application of company policies across the organization.
7. Administration: Supervise HR administrative workflows and data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and a deep understanding of local labor laws

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

Location: Pasig City (On-site / Office-based)

Schedule: 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM\

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
