HR Senior (Labor Relations)

• Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries related to labor relations and company policies.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies that enhance employee relations.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Conduct analyses on compensation and benefits to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies in handling employee grievances.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on labor relations
