KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Strategic HR Leadership*: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including executive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
2. *Labor & Statutory Compliance*: Ensure strict adherence to DOLE regulations, local labor laws, and manufacturing-specific safety or workplace policies
3. *Employee Relations*: Act as a trusted advisor to management and plant workers, effectively resolving grievances and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture
4. *Compensation & Benefits*: Supervise end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and competitive salary structuring
5. *Training & Development*: Identify workforce training needs to design programs that upscale employee skills and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. *Industry Background*: Must have solid, extensive HR leadership experience strictly within the *Manufacturing industry*
2. *Work Stability*: Minimum of 10 years of continuous tenure within a single company in the Philippines
3. *Core Expertise*: Mastery of end-to-end HR operations, deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, employee relations, and hands-on payroll coordination
4. *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines from top-tier universities
*Location*: Clark, Pampanga | 100% On-site
*Salary*: ₱60,000 up | Highly negotiable
