KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Strategic HR Leadership*: Oversee full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- *Labor & Statutory Compliance*: Ensure adherence to DOLE regulations, Philippine labor laws, and manufacturing safety/workplace policies
- *Employee Relations*: Act as advisor to management and plant workers. Resolve grievances and build positive workplace culture
- *Compensation & Benefits*: Supervise payroll processing, benefits administration, and salary structuring
- *Training & Development*: Identify training needs and design programs to upskill workforce efficiency
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Industry Background*: Extensive HR leadership experience strictly within Manufacturing sector
- *Work Stability*: Minimum 10 years continuous tenure in a single company in the Philippines
- *Core Expertise*: Mastery of end-to-end HR operations, deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, employee relations, and hands-on payroll coordination
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field from top-tier university
- *Location*: Clark, Pampanga | *Work Setup*: 100% On-site
