HR Manager

Oversees employee relations, recruitment, performance

management, company policies, and workplace compliance while supporting a

positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,

Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

2. At least five (5) years of related experience in Human

Resources with three (3) years in a supervisory role, preferably in a

fast-paced industry.

3. Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor

environment is an advantage.

4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, data analysis and reports

via HR metrics, and HR software systems.

5. Proven ability in managing full-cycle recruitment,

performance evaluations, and employee life cycles.

6. High emotional intelligence

and crisis management skills to make fast, compliance-sound decisions under

pressure.
