Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of employees (pre-employment requirements, maintain and manage 201 files, orientation etc.,)
• Ensure compliance with DOLE labor laws and company regulations
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Manage performance evaluation, regularization, and employee development programs
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and timekeeping
• Lead training and development programs for all employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning
• Manage termination, resignation, and exit procedure
• Oversee government benefits such as but not limited to, SSS Maternity, SSS Sickness, SSS Loan, Pag-Ibig loan, and so on
• Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as HR Manager, or with at least 4 years of experience as HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
