• Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave management.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns, inquiries, and disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance for timely and accurate salary processing.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and hiring status.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related (essential)

·      With at least 2-3 years professional experience in the end to end process of recruitment and other facets of HR Function

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

·      Highly computer literate
