- Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll systems, employee relations, recruiting, talent acquisition, and strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, full-time position with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal communication, high organizational abilities, and a proactive problem solver.
