Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The role develops and implements HR strategies that support business objectives while fostering a positive, productive, and high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and people programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
