Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex employee relations concerns and grievance management
• Provide HR policy guidance and partner with leaders to improve employee engagement and retention
• Develop HR policies, processes, and best practices through research and benchmarking
• Prepare HR analytics, reports, dashboards, and workforce insights
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and HR capability-building programs
• Manage vendor relationships and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or Team Lead in a BPO environment
• Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a rotational/shifting schedule
