Job Summary:

The Assistant Recruitment Manager supports the Recruitment Manager in overseeing the hiring process and daily recruitment operations. This role helps ensure timely and efficient talent acquisition while maintaining high standards in candidate selection and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

Supervise and support recruiters in meeting hiring targets

Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements

Help develop and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques

Monitor recruitment progress and ensure deadlines are met

Review resumes and conduct initial interviews for key positions

Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking KPIs

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

At least 5–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably with supervisory exposure

Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing methods

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
