Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee overall HR management in the Philippines, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

2.Develop and optimize HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws.

3.Support HQ HR in managing the compensation & benefits system and employee development plans.

4.Handle labor relations and employee disciplinary issues, and support store expansion and manpower planning.


Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of HR management experience in the retail or chain store industry.

2. Solid knowledge of Philippine labor law.

3. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
