HR Operations Supervisor

Salary: Up to PHP 50,000

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing workforce operations, vendor and cooperative management, KPI monitoring, employee relations, and disciplinary actions. Ensures efficient operations across assigned sites while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, cooperatives, and manpower partners.
• Monitor workforce performance, attendance, and KPIs.
• Handle employee relations concerns and disciplinary cases.
• Coordinate staffing and operational requirements across multiple sites.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Operations, Workforce Management, or Operations.
• Background in employee relations, vendor management, and KPI monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
