Job Description:
- The Associate HRIS Manager (Maternity Cover) is responsible for managing the HRIS team and acting as a key point of contact for People systems.
- The role provides subject matter support, helps ensure the integrity and reliability of People systems, and supports the effective use of system capabilities to enable efficient, user-centred HR processes.
- The role ensures consistent global support for our people system: Workday
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (can accept undergrad)
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM (Functional Role)
- At least 5 years in leadership role
Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x working onsite and 3x working WFH)
Work Schedule: UK Shift
