Description

As an HR Supervisor, you will oversee the HR department and ensure effective HR practices are implemented within the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Conducts interview and placement of qualified applicants
2. Conducts orientation about the company rules and regulations to the newly hired staff - from management level down to the restaurant service personnel
3. Executes strict implementation of company policies.
4. Administers appropriate disciplinary actions to erring employees
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
6. Represents the company in all labor arbitration and mediation processes
7. Conduct employees' wage analysis.
8. Listens to grievances of employees
9. Provides counseling and motivation and training among staff.
10. Prepares communications, memoranda and other inter-office issuances.
11. Conducts exit interview during employee terminations and resignations

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related course

- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in all aspects of HR (recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor laws)

- Proven ability in handling and dealing with conflict management

- Well - versed in MS Office, PowerPoint presentation

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills

- Strong level of negotiating skills

- Good in handling sensitive situations and acts as a mediator when conflicts arise

- Preferred experience in the food industry

- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
