Job Description
- Oversee recruitment and staffing processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee onboarding and training programs
- Address employee relations issues and staff concerns
- Facilitate performance management and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in benefits administration and compensation planning
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional flexibility for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
