HR Section Manager - Talent Operations and Rewards Automotive company Binan Laguna

Oversee the overall Talent Operations and Rewards Section (Recruitment, Training, C&B).

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.

Oversee recruitment administration processes from requisition to onboarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers regarding workforce requirements and staffing activities.

Oversee implementation of technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.

Ensure timely delivery of training programs through internal and external providers.

Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness and learning outcomes.

Ensure data accuracy of timekeeping data.

Manage statutory and company benefits administration and government compliance requirements.

Monitor HR service delivery standards and resolve operational issues.

Lead, coach, and develop HR Team Members.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,

Psychology or Business-related courses; at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership roles;

Experience in Recruitment, Training and C&B, and Statutory compliance and reporting

Work schedule:

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:45 PM

Interview process:

Assessment: CTA and PPI exam (Psych exam) must be completed before the 1st interview.

1st Interview: Face-to-face with Hiring Manager and HR

Final Interview: Face-to-face panel interview with executives, including VP/President
