Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor for Employee Relations and Labor Compliance ensures harmonious employee-management relations and full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements across construction sites and offices.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  2. Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, labor standards, and company policies.
  3. Prepare and maintain documentation related to disciplinary actions, hearings, and case resolutions.
  4. Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies on labor-related matters.
  5. Advise management on labor relations issues, risk mitigation, and policy interpretation.
  6. Support union-related matters, if applicable, including CBA administration and negotiations.
  7. Conduct employee orientations and briefings on company rules and code of conduct.
  8. Monitor workplace discipline trends and recommend preventive interventions.


Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  2. At least 4–6 years of experience in employee relations and labor compliance.
  3. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE processes.
  4. Experience handling field or site-based employees is highly preferred.
  5. High level of professionalism, discretion, and conflict resolution skills.


Location and Work Arrangement:

  1. This role is based onsite in Iloilo City.
  2. Open to Iloilo-based professionals and candidates from outside Iloilo who are willing to relocate.
  3. Relocation readiness and availability for onsite work are required.
