The HR Shared Services Lead is responsible for overseeing centralized HR service delivery across all branches, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in HR operations. This role manages the shared services team, standardizes HR processes, and provides scalable support for recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Shared Services team in providing timely and accurate HR support across branches.
• Standardize HR processes, forms, and workflows to ensure uniformity and compliance.
• Oversee employee records management, 201 filing, and HRIS data integrity.
• Coordinate with branch HR teams to ensure smooth recruitment documentation and onboarding.
• Monitor compliance with recruitment policies and audit readiness of hiring records.
• Supervise payroll coordination and benefits processing in partnership with Finance.
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping, deductions, and government-mandated contributions.
• Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation for government inspections and internal reviews.
• Provide centralized support for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and processes.
• Develop service-level agreements (SLAs) to measure HR service efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Introduce automation and digital tools to streamline HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience, with at least 2 to 5 years in a Managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience in HRIS systems and shared services models preferred.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
