We’re Hiring: Payroll Supervisor

Location: Head Office (Davao City)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, with a strong focus on manual payroll systems.
• Ensure accuracy in salary computation, deductions, government contributions, and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.
• Supervise payroll staff, providing guidance and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee records, clearances, and payroll adjustments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manual payroll processing (minimum 6 months to 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and tax compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll-related documentation.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
