Admin and Security Supervisor

Onsite, Caloocan City

Responsibilities:

- Ensures the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises by proper supervision and collaboration with Security Services provider

- Monitors surveillance equipment

- Inspects buildings, equipment and access points and permits entry

- Provides excellent customer services

- Acts as a general assistant of HR/VPO/GM offices

- Sorts and distributes incoming mails and documents and dispatches outgoing documents to respective areas

- Prepares memos and reports related to the scope

- Acts as receptionist and scheduler of drivers in the absence of the person-in-charge

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Psychology or any business-related course

- At least 2-3 years working experience
