- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Build talent pipelines for key positions and future hiring needs
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention improvement
- Implement and maintain the company’s performance appraisal system
- Coordinate with payroll team and ensure accurate employee compensation
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Preferable with experience in the Beauty or FMCG Industry that has experience in handling Beauty Ambassadors.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
