Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, and developing HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of strategic HR leadership and operational excellence.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the Philippines.
  • Extensive and strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE issuances) and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits management, including salary structuring, benefits administration, and payroll oversight.
  • Proven experience in handling complex Employee Relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance management.
  • Solid background in full-cycle Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies, including executive search and high-volume hiring.
  • Strong experience in Organizational Development, including performance management systems, training needs analysis, program design, and talent management initiatives.
