The HR Supervisor will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures that our workforce is motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Design and implement training & development initiatives.
  • Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Support organizational growth and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR operations for diverse business units (retail, construction, hospitality, leasing, and agriculture).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in multi-industry or diversified companies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Willing to travel to different business units when necessary.
