Recruitment and Staffing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers)
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs
• Prepare and process job offers, contracts, and onboarding documents

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Assist in implementing company policies and code of conduct
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
• Prepare HR reports, notices, and internal memoranda
• Monitor probationary and employment status evaluations

Compliance and Labor Relations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and DOLE requirements
• Assist in handling audits, inspections, and labor-related documentation
• Support implementation of company rules and disciplinary procedures

Training and Development

• Coordinate employee orientations and training programs
• Track training attendance and employee development plans

Payroll and Benefits Support

• Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration
• Coordinate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
